My brother forwarded me an article about this site and I thought it's pretty neat.  The lady that started it went through a terrible exeperience trying to find a nursing home for her mom, which I can relate to.  You make reviews of businesses and can post comments.  No ads is nice.

The site is really super easy to use and you can find what you're looking for pretty quickly.  I like no advertisements and how simple it is.  Some people might not like that it doesn't have pretty graphics though.  My brother particular liked the map feature where you can see the business scores right on a map.  Makes it easy to find what's close to you.
