I took my children to Big Bounce Fun Center a Indoor fun center in Clermont Florida and was very disappointed.

Review:

Big Bounce Fun Zone was such a disappointment.The concepts great but I have to agree with Kelly Brown and her review .The place was really dingy & dirty :( I tried out the other Indoor fun center and she was right. Jump N Joey's was great and sooo much nicer . VERY clean & the people were super nice.

I'm not sure if you really visited the Big Bounce Fun Zone. The place is awesome!You must be a friend of Jump N Joey's. It's really sad when people don't give accurate and true reviews. All of us Mom's want REAL information. The Big Bounce is great, its very, very clean, has a lot of staff members that actually interact and play with your kids. There is a wonderful enclosed parents room with a big screen TV, free coffee, WIFI, security monitor and lots of games and activities. There is an incredible concessions bar with a lot of seating. My family and me found everyone very friendly and accommodating. My little one even had an accident in her pants and the owner gave me her son's clothes to wear so that she could keep playing. They have special days just for toddlers and do the cuties activities, crafts and games, and sometimes it even includes food for the toddlers. One day, they made homemade cookies for everyone for free and on one mom and me day they served free bagels and cream cheese to all the parents. Big Bounce Fun Zone is a GREAT place. Visit and you won't be disappointed. We go every week, sometimes more than once. Don't let people who are trying to hurt someone's business with bogus reviews taint your opinion of a place that is a great asset to our community. In love

The first time I went to the Big Bounce Fun Zone they let me go in and look around and also let my child go and play for awhile to see if he would like it. They were very nice and helpfull and answered all my questions. Since then I've gone to the Big Bounce a few times already and I now ask myself how come I didn't go sooner!

My son is in Middle school and even he likes it! He say's he has fun and it's good exercise. He also likes to play the arcade games and likes that he can get a healthy snack at the consession. I liked the fact that he is in a secure and clean place getting lots of exercise and having fun doing it!!

I don't know who that person is that said they were dingy & dirty. They must have been at the wrong place for sure. You are totally wrong!

Last weekend we took my son to Teen Night on Friday and I took my husband inside to show him the parents room...he sat down and started to relaxed on the leather couch and started watching the TV! I couldn't get him out of there.. he started talking to another parent and said that he was so impressed and was really glad that they have come to town.

I already asked my son if he wanted to have a Birthday Party there and he agreed! But that's not until April he said! So...I liked it so much that we are going to have our Sports team end of the season party their next week because I was so impressed!

And who doesn't like to save money. They also offered a Discount on a Local Merchants Discount Card that Gray Middle School students are selling. So I'll be saving money going there all year long! Smiley

If anyone likes Big Bounce, they must not care about their children's health! This place is not for little kids, but teens that live in dirty, disgusting rooms anyway. Big Bounce fun zone is the WORST, DIRTIEST, AND MOST NOT FAMILY ORIENTED.

AmandaFF--you really need some help. What is your deal? To criticize parents because they bring their children to a wonderful facility and speak lies about it is truly pathetic. They really need to remove you from this website. This is AMERICA...free choice, free enterprise....The Big Bounce is a wonderful place for little kids as well as teens. The teens have their own night to come and play. So you hate Teens too! You must be a bowl full of jelly to live with!

Just because parents go in the "parent's room" doesn't mean they are ignoring their kids. What's up with you? I see many parents playing and interacting with their children and then they go to the parents room for a little break. There is a surveillance system in the parents room where they can view the bounce area. What's your beef with teenagers?? Do us all a favor and get some help with all your issues. No one wants to read your disgusting lies.

The Big Bounce is a great place to take your kids. We take our kids all the time and I would never let them play in at a dirty facility. My kids are not even allowed to play at Mcdonalds playgrounds, I'm very particular. The comments by AmandaFF are laughable. You should check out The Big Bounce on your own and form your own, real opinions.
