Yield: 12-15 servings

Extremely easy and tasty way of making a party-pleasing tuna pasta salad.

Ingredients

1 lb. of mixed color rotini pasta
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup favorite Italian dressing
1/2 cup of parsley
1 small can of tuna
1/2 red onion
1 small basket of cherry tomatoes (about 15-20 tomatoes)

Kitchen Items

Qt. sized pot, big salad bowl

Instructions

1. Boil a pound of rotini pasta according to directions on the box. (Boil about a quart of water, add pasta and 1/2 tsp of salt. Stir occasionally until pasta is done)

2. While pasta is cooking, cut pre-washed cherry tomatoes in half.

3. Then, cut half of the red onion length-wise in thin slices.

4. Chop up parsley as much as possible.

4. When pasta is done, rinse pasta in ice-cold water.

5. Combine all ingredients (can of tuna, pasta, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Italian dressing, parsley) in a salad bowl and mix.

6. Serve and enjoy!
