Quick and Easy Dishes to Prepare When you Are on the Go - Cucumber Ranch Lettuce Wrap

Are you a busy bee like me? I'm always trying to find something easy to make especially when I'm on the go. Here is a great recipe that only takes about 5 minutes to prepare. it's perfect for those days when your little ones has after school activites. Enjoy!

Yield:
1 serving - 2 wrapes
Ingredients with measurements:
2 pieces leaf lettuce
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Shaved Smoked Ham
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped tomato
2 tsp. KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing
Instructions:
TOP lettuce leaves evenly with ham, cucumber and tomato. Drizzle with dressing.
ROLL up burrito style.
SERVE immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

I'm glad that you like them. I find them great to bring to work as well. It's easy to prepare right before you leave the house and it uses ingredients that many of us have already.
