Prep time: 5 Minutes
Yield: 4 power bars

This is a quick, nutritious snack that children can help prepare!

Ingredients

4 whole Graham Crackers
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Raisins, Granola Clusters, Peanuts, Dried Fruit

Kitchen Items

Ziploc bag, scissors, a platic knife, microwave

Instructions

Spread 1/2 Tbsp. of peanut butter on each graham cracker. Place the chocolate chips in the ziploc bag. Microwace for 15 seconds. Squeeze the bag to mix the chips. If the chocolate is not completely melted, microwave an additional 10 seconds. (For a fun twist, you can set the bag in the sun on a warm day and let it melt the chocolate for you.) Cut the corner off the ziploc bag. Pipe the melted chocolate over the peanut butter on the graham crackers. Let the children top them with raisins, dried fruit, or just about anything they like.
