Banana Pudding 3-ingredient, 20 mins

Someone told us about this quick, natural healthy pudding for year-round banana lovers. We fed this to children that were over 18 months whom we knew had no allergies to the 3 listed ingredients.

Banana Pudding on the quick:

Ingredients with measurements: 

A banana
A coupla drops vanilla extract
pinch nutmeg (otional)

Instructions: 

1. Mush up banana that is ripe & soft enough.
2. Mix in a coupla drops of vanilla extract, stir in well.
3. Add very pinch of nutmeg if you so desire (optional).
4. Put in a small glass or preferably plastic dish. Glass or plastic depends on age of child who will be eating it.
5. Put in freezer for no more than 20 minutes. Personal taste on how cold or hard you want the pudding texture.
