Vegitarian chili topped with Mozzerella
This is one of the best and easiest vegitarian chili dishes I have ever come across. It's a healthy, meatless and filling meal that everyone will love. The perfect way to spend the day indoors when it is snowing outside.
Ingredients
1 package of Veggie Crumbles- (meat replacement)
2 cans of green enchilada sauce
2 cans of red enchilada sauce
2 cans of black beans
2 cans of whole pealed tomatoes
2 cans of diced green chili's
1 package of shredded mozzerella cheese
1 bag of corn chips
Kitchen Items
can opener and crock pot
Instructions
Just add all the ingredients (except cheese) to a crock pot and let it simmer all day. When you serve it, add a handfull of mozzerella cheese on top and have some corn chips on the side. uummmmm....
