I have a 19 month old daughter and I just potty trained her, I used a book called...Easy Potty Training by Lora Jensen.http://www.easypottytraining.com/  It's absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! I totally recommend reading it. My sis potty trained her son at 19 months as well, it's been a year for him and no relapses! I know it sounds too good to be true, I thought the same thing, but my daughter got it in 2 days. That's not to say she didn't have any accidents, cause she still had a few for about a week, but it took about six days and she has been accident free and has been wearing her big girl underwear and is so proud. I am a total believer in using this method. I tell everyone I know about it, cause it's been great for us. I hope you'll try it. Good luck and GREAT recipe!
