Prep time: 10 minutes (aside from almond soaking time)
Yield: 4-6 servings

A smooth and delicious blend of almonds, onion and tomato that can be eaten on crackers or with veggies. This pate is completely uncooked (RAW) and is filled with energy-rich nutrients and enzymes.

Ingredients

1 Cup of raw almonds (soaked in pure water for at least 4 hours (disregard water after soaking)
1/2 medium sized onion
1 Roma Tomato
1-2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp pure water

Instructions

In Food Processor, blend soaked almonds until finely diced
Next, add 1/2 onion slightly chopped to processor and continue to blend
Then add Diced Roma tomato to food processor and continue to blend *be sure to occassionally push mixture down into processor for complete blending with a RUBBER spatula
Finally, add 1-2 tsp. of coarse sea salt into mixture and blend thoroughly.
*Add several drops of water while blending if mixture to make it extra fluffy
Mixture is complete when pate is light and fluffy
Serve with crackers or use as veggie dip
