Party Favorite Parmesan Artichoke Dip!
This is not low fat in the least, but oh so yummy! Everytime I make this dish guests at parties, that I don't even know, rave about it (if you knew me, you would know that is a huge honor... I'm not the world's greatest cook.)
BLT Dip
This recipe was adapted from several other dip recipes. I originally found a similar recipe from a Pampered Chef cookbook, but doctored up this recipe to suit my family's liking. Makes a great appetizer for any gathering, especially baby showers.
Mushroom Pate
A wonderfully simple and sophisticated cracker spread for parties. This recipe originated from one of my friends in Washington D.C. I have added cumin and coriander to the recipe to add more flavor depth. If you do not like those spices, you can eliminate them and the spread will still taste great. Friends and family have told me that I am not allowed to attend their parties without this spread!
