My son is only 10 months so I am not use to the craziness that comes with 24/7 business of a full on walking child... but I did nanny triplets in college and had them from 15 months -4years....

They loved the wiggles and would dance along with the songs and video... that used a ton of energy.

follow the leader was a blast... so was simon says (more of a learning game) like simon says touch your eyes, touchthe color green ect...

If you find any GREAT games please post them for all of us mommas that arent far behind you!

Elefun is a great game!  My daughter loves it, whether I'm playing with her or a bunch of her friends are.  She's two years old!

Our daughters LOVE Buckaroo and Elefun.  They also enjoy Silly Six Pins and Silly Soccer and Silly Golf.  There are so many great games to choose from now, they do all sorts of fun stuff these days!  We do a game night at least once a week and the girls have such a hard time picking which one to play this week.

Hi,

There's a book called Help there's a Toddler in my house ...I don't remember who wrote it.. However, it has tons of things and games to do in just about every room of your house with common objects.

My daughter LOVES Connect Four and Twister. She doesn't play by the game rules but I've used them to teach other things. Connect Four she has learned counting and color. "Put 3 Blacks in a line". Twister teaches color and left from right. Plus great physical things like balance, jumping and stretching. I would spin the spinner and tell her which hand or foot to put on what color then tell her to jump on the next color or stretch to the next color circle without moving feet. Fun and learning what more could a mommy ask for.

My entire family gets a kick out of Hungry Hungry Hippo. Especial if your two year old isn't big on taking turns (what 2 yr old is) everyone gets to go at it and we forget that there is even a winner we just have fun making the hippos eat up the little balls. Smiley
