Online Universities
Goodmorning ladies, I am a stay at home mommy and I am continuing my education. I am wanting to complete my education online. Have any of you obtained a degree from an online universtity? If you have, what was your experiance? Thanks for sharing.

Hi Cindy!
My husband is currently getting his degree with University of Phoenix online. He is just finishing up his first class, and we are both impressed with it so far. The classes are only 5 weeks. This allows you to still get in 4 classes in a "semester" time period, but with only having to focus on one class at a time. The class isn't so labor intensive that it can't be done, as he is working full-time and is still able to get his school work done. His admissions counselor has been very helpful, and readily available whenever he has questions. His professor is also readily available - 24/7 by phone or email! The University has an extensive collection of online resources as well, including library, online tutors, writing help, and proofreading services. It's awesome! Check it out! Good luck to you!

I am 4 classes away from graduating with my A.A.S degree from Kaplan University online. For the most part, it has been a rewarding experience and it is definitely great to be able to stay home with the little one and still get my education. Take care and good luck.
