Question
My 16m old started having trouble sleeping
my son wakes up all through the night crying then goes right back to sleep. Don't know what is wrong, haven't change anything in his diet. He is teething but thats nothing new either. During the day he is fine and seems normal.

I think this is the stage where they get frightened more easily . My niece who is 16 months started that too. It's like they are "calling out to you" but fall right back to sleep because they are so tired !
A night light helped and a favorite stuffed animal might do the trick.
