Mothers of Boys - I'm Tired of Changing Sheets!
My 18 month old son has a habit of playing with his penis, especially at night. That is not the problem in itself. The problem is he always pulls it out of his diaper and ends up wetting the whole bed. I always put him in a onesie and pajama pants to make it harder for him, but it doesn't always stop him. This happens almost every night and I'm tired of changing sheets! Has anyone else had this problem and if so, did you come up with any good solutions?

Your son playing with his penis is probably part of his "discovery" stage. My daughter discovered her toes and I didn't know when she would stop putting her toes in her mouth.

Try using the one piece zip up pajamas with footsies. They are harder to get off. Also use the plastic cover extra area sheets underneath him for extra protection. After you start toilet training him and giving him less liquid at night, it should help.
