I raised my great nephew from birth to one. His mother had an accident and relocated with her mother to recup. He has only been gone 7 weeks, but it feels like forever. I miss him so much it literally, hurts. Now that he is surrounded by and attached himself to others, will he FORGET ME? I am even depressed. I plan on visiting, but I fear he may look at me like I am a stranger! I could not take that. He is so friendly and he has adjusted quick quickly. A friend told me that he doesn't know where he is and he may be angry with and looking for me. It sounded good to hear, but I still wonder...will he forget me, especially since he has attached himself to others that he never even knew? Help my heart is breaking.
