I did after delivering my son. Once I went on a good multivitamin, the hair loss slowed significantly. I would recommend a high quality multivitamin, like Shaklee or Amway. Don't buy them from the supermarket, you're wasting your money. If that doesn't help within a week or two, I'd make an appointment with your doctor. You could have a hormonal imbalance.
I lost tons of hair for about six months after my baby was born. Looking back, I had grown in lots of hair during my pregnancy. Part of it too, was that I wasnt getting as many showers as I was before baby so sitting on the couch and running my fingers through I would notice the hair loss more! My hair is now back to normal and not falling out without any special solutions. Just time and patience.Emily: Mama to Ayden 5 and Balin 12 months
