Question
Infant formula: store brands vs. name brands.
I have a question about infant formula. (Breasfeeding isn't an option for me.)
I watched this video about infant formula, how you can save as much as $600 a year if you buy store brands
instead of name brands: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9LuOYntqy8. Does anyone have any experiences
to share concerning store brand vs. name brand? I'm all about saving money, but I don't want to sacrifice
my baby's health.

I always wondered the same thing because the prices were usually quite different. One time I did buy the Costco brand formula for my daughter and it worked out just fine, she couldn't tell the difference at all!
Of course all babies are different, and she had been breast fed for 8 months.
Hope that helps!
I haven't ever given my baby formula so I can't tell you first hand, but all of my nieces and nephews who take formula use the store brands, much much much cheaper and my cousin who is a pharmacist uses store brand formula for their daughter. Hope that helps also!
Infant formula is STRICTLY regulated so store brand and name brands are the same. still don't belive read the indigent and nutritional labels.
