I'm in need of group members

I started a new group for my town. Any suggestions on how to bring in more moms, or do I just have to wait?

When I started my group, I made flyers and hung them at the library or other mom/kid places, even a pediatrician's office. And I also made business cards with the group name on it and a little about the group and the website info. So whenever I was at the park or came in contact with other moms, I would give them a card and it all went from there. We now have 44 members and 90% of them are active! Winking smiley

Thanks so much for the suggestion. I'll try that. I have 5 non active members and I'm getting fustrated.

I'm a 26-year old single mom of a 4-year old son. I'd be happy to join you and any other moms in the area at Baskin Robbins on 4/30. I stumbled upon this blog and was very surprised to see that there was someone from the area.
