Well I would just say it. There is nothing you can really do now. When you are comfortable enough I would just tell them

If you are young it is probably more difficult.....On the other hand it wouldn't matter if you are 30. Some grandparents are very judgemental and think you aren't ready. I was so afraid to tell my grandmother I was pregnant the first time because I was young and unwed. Then rumors spread that baby #2 was on the way and she was so excited. I was shocked. She saw I was a great mom with the first one and she was not worried any more.
Id try to be straight forward so they dont find out a different way it could end up much worse if you hide it.
