Have you ever seen a ghost?
I was reading one of the mommy blogs from Twitter today, The Mad Mom Blog, and she had a piece about a ghost sighting! I know she thinks she must be going crazy, but I believe because I've seen them, too.
Okay, maybe they're not ghosts (as in spirits of those who have passed on), maybe they're another dimenstion trying to get through like on Fringe. But I'm here to tell you, I've seen a little boy and a young man ghosting about our house.
The real proof came one day when my husband, who thinks I'm nuts, was in the kitchen with me and suddenly he jumped and moved as if something had come right at him. I saw it, too, so I knew why he jumped. He couldn't believe it. But that was the first time someone else saw what I saw, so we can't both be crazy, right?

Yes! Back in my single days my roommate and I lived in Georgetown, in Washington DC in an old building. It was built in the 1800s, served as a civil war hospital, a brothel, and later apartments.
My roommate and I would always hear strange noises and one night when we were talking in the kitchen, joking if our place was haunted, our stove, which was from the 1950s and very old and barely worked, turned on! The lights and everything! We both jumped at the freakiness, and needsless to say, left the lights on that night!
Didn't last much longer in that place
You are not nuts! I believe the same way that you do, but explaining what we've seen is another story?
I've seen shadows that moved when I've entered a room.....and felt the chill run down my back.....am I nuts? No....I know I saw what I saw....( if that made any sense? lol) My couch in my living room.... was my mother's couch ( who passed away in 2006).....where they found her after she passed away. ( my sisters didn't want it....but I did because it belonged to MY MOTHER!! ) Do I believe she is here with me.....YOU BET I DO! She was my mother and ALWAYS will be! :-)
I have pictures of my loved ones who have passed on sitting on top of my dresser like a "shrine" and a way that I can feel as though they are still here with me during my sobby-lonely mom-moments. I have woke up and had one of the pictures laying down...another time one of the pictures was turned sideways....am I crazy? No.....I feel as though my family members want me to know that they hear my crys and want to let me know that they are here and that I am not alone.
I hope that this helps you to know that you are not alone in this ghost saga.
There's a movie recently out in theatres called "PARANORMAL." My two older children have seen the movie and although it's said to be fictional....they say they truly believe that those things occured to someone....but the truth is being held for reasons of the public.
