Question
Fussy Baby - Need advice
I am a first time mom and have a thirteen month old boy. It seems as though from the moment that he turned one he is fussing or crying most of the day. Has anyone else experienced this? I am wondering if it is milk that we started him on or if he is ready to talk and frustrated that he is not able to do so yet....

Is your son teething? This is a great time to start breaking in mollars. When my son was teething he cried alot and wanted to be held all the time. He also ran a low grade temp. Try a cool wash cloth for him to suck on or teething tabs (which some don't believe in but they really helped my son. They are all natural and safe to use and can be found at health food stores or at WalMart. They are made by Hylands. If you really think there is something else, I would not hesitate to take him to the doctor. : ) Good luck!
If its just communication you could alway try sign language we used CDs that we got from signingtimes.com. Even though they were for sign language they were actually better vocabulary builder than most others we tried. They say the word, show the object, say the word, show the word, say the word and sign the word. But my son was that way too and it wasn't communication. My grandmother suggested a chiropractor. I am amazed to say that for my son it did the trick. I actually went through our local chiropractic school for a recommendation for a chiropractor who specialized in pediatric chiropractic. But let me give a plus the the Hyland products the other mom suggested they are great you can also pick them up at almost any drug store.
A friend of mine who was in a Alcohol Rehab told me that there was a lady there who can give babies power or something like that, so that they would never cry. I don't know if it is true or she was crazy, but if you want I can talk to my friend and try to help you somehow.
