craft station - you can print some dora coloring pages or buy dora coloring books and set up some crayons, stickers, precut dora faces etc. for a craft station.
decorate cupcakes. Your daughter and her little friend can decorate pre-iced cupcakes that you have made with dora colored sprinkles and then take them home. I have done this before and it was a HUGE hit. I kept name tags ready for the cupcakes on tooth picks. So when they were done we just put in the tooth pick and they can take them home.
dance party - you can buy a cd or download some dora music and have them play freeze or just have them dance to the music.
pass the parcel - with dora treats inside the box
Have Fun - enjoy the party!

You can also go to www.nickjr.com and click on the 'Party' link. You then pick your characther (in this case, Dora) and see all the tips and free printables they have available.
A friend had a Dora party for her little girl last summer and she had went to the Dollar Tree to get most of the supplies. Each child got a flashlight and decorated it with Dora stickers. Then they all went on a scavenger type hunt like Dora does on her show...sorry I don't know the details because I don't watch the show, but it was set-up like the episodes.
