There's one called "The American Vegetarian Cookbook" by Marilyn something (Diamond maybe?) which is great and has lots of non-dairy receipes-- even desserts and treats!
And the New Farm cookbook (with real hippie pictures and everything) has lots of great fun recipes (the mac and "cheez" is delicious) that have no dairy.
Both have great, easy recipes, that are not weird or too strange. My husband likes them too!
My DS has EE and can't have any dairy at all. I am nursing #2 who seems to be also allergic, so I can't have dairy now either.
There is a magazine that I get at Whole Foods (prob. available at Barnes and Noble, etc) that has dairy free recipes...it's called Living Without.
It has some great recipes. Also, check out silk.com, they have fab recipes too. I am trying a quiche recipe this week from them...with soy cheese. Might me ok..!

The Petit Apetit Cookbook by Lisa Barnes is AMAZING!
It has dairy free, wheat free, (as well as not dairy and wheat free) all organic recipes that are out of this world. It starts from baby foods recipes and goes to older kids and in fact it is great for ADULTS TOO! Everything I have made out of there my whole family (including my husband so you know it has to be good) loves! You can purchase online at www.petitappetit.com for a really good price or at www.Amazon.com or even probably a local bookstore. I got mine at a children's store "Babystyle" which is a great store by the way. I have a 1,2 and 3 year old and this book has given me the extra inspiration each week to keep on cookin' and helps make cooking that much more fun!
Anyone who gets this cookbook WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!
