Cooking insanity!

I have been cooking so much since the kids got sick. I only have six burners on my stove and two shelves in the oven, but I need to cook more than eight things at a time. Help me!!

Do you have a toaster oven? Sometimes you can do things in those. Plus, if you have a microwave you can often do side dishes in those and an electric griddle and crockpot are staples for cooking in my house. I know they make large 6qt cookers because I have one and it helps me out TREMENDOUSLY because I don't have to watch anything cook. The same thing goes for breadmakers. I adore mine!
