pregnancy and h1n1 is it too risky or safe?

Moms are talking about this issue a lot here!  If you're pregnant, first find out what your doctor has to say about the vaccine.  There have been some complications for expecting moms who contract the swine flu virus.

I am struggling with this myself. My doctor did say I should get it when it becomes available, but I learned from a nurse/midwife I know that pregnant women should NOT get the nasal spray, only the shot. Very soon here I am going to have make a decision. I've been coughing for two weeks and I want the cough to clear up before getting any shots (it's allergies). But it is true, the complications of getting the flu can be dire for pregnant women. It's a big decision.

I havent been pregnant during the flu season, but I havent had the flu shot in a few years and I an not worried about the swine flu. I keep my self armed with a few things at all times. 

First. I have a little twist tube that i put in water. It helps build my immunity. It is like crystal like in a sort but it is only made of vitamins and all natural plant and mineral dirivitives.

Second My children and I always take a natural non-synthetic multi-vitamin. Yes, I take there vitamins because I  have a very hard time swallowing pills.

Third I always have a cleaner called pursue on me allong with some wipes. The cleaner kills the N1H1 virus, it does have a few chemical in it and that is why i never wipe my childrens hands with it. I will use it on a cart at the store or on a toy at the doctors office. i usually use the legacy of clean towletts on there hands, wich is safe for them because it doesnt have the chemicals in it, much like the vitamins it has plant and mineral dirivitives.
