My daughter had a flu early this summer, and her pediatrician said they don't even test anymore b/c the swine flu is so common. At her one year appt, they didn't know if they would have the swine flu vaccince, since initially it's not supposed to go to children, only care takers, pregnant women, and a few other groups.

Since I am pregnant, I had initially jumped on the idea that I would get the vaccine myself, however I have been second guessing since this is only the first year, and my OB didn't mention it at my last appt., though she may not have received it yet.
