I'm gonna go with the grilled chicken sandwich. I probably wouldn't eat all the bun myself, and of course no mayo or dressing, etc. We really don't eat McD's so I'm completely guessing here, LOL.

I worked at McDonald's for 5 years as a manager and I will never eat there again! Just after my first 2 weeks there, I lost my taste for the food. Even though the grilled chicken wrap is the healthiest there (tortillas are healthier than bread) I still wouldn't eat it.

Oh man have you guys seen the movie Super Size Me? Or even better, Fast Food Nation?? My family just watched those about a month or two ago and we've vowed never to set foot in anywhere but In and Out or Subway for 'fast food' it is really disgusting not only what it does to your body but just the cleanliness (lack of) and handling of the meat etc. It's just gross and I do think a lot of these places are irresponsibly marketing to children so they grow up on the junk. Even their salads have tons of fat!! Blech. LOL
So what's the real answer though? I put the chicken sandwich.
