Having a computer and internet access has saved my sanity. Online communities really have helped me find a solution to help further my education. I have always dreamed of becoming an elementary school teacher and now thanks to forums such as these I believe I have found the right school. After doing tons of research online and speaking with friends I have found Midway College and am now pursuing a BA in Elementary Education. I thought it might be difficult balancing school at the same time as trying to raise my son, but this school seems very flexible and legitimate. My son will be starting school soon and what better time than that for me to continue my education and do what it to obtain my goal and create a better life for us both. I am really excited and so far so good. I still have concerns but I think that as long as I take it one day at a time all will be well. I am really grateful that their are others in communities and forums like this, I don't have to do this alone and the encouragement from others that have been in similar situations and made it through really helps.
