Glad you all got down here OK! We'd love to have you come next week. Mary Glen and I will only be at class on Monday next week, but please don't let that stop you!!!! Besides, Kelly's the important one. If she's not there, then we all ditch class and go to Starbucks! (j/k, Kelly!)

Linear Park is easy to get to. There are a couple of ways to get to Linear Park from the L section, depending on exactly where you are. You can either come down Belle Terre to Palm Coast Parkway, or go Old Kings Road to Palm Coast Parkway.

Take Palm Coast Parkway out toward "The Hammock" (island/toll bridge). Turn left on Colbert Lane. Linear Park is 1/8 of a mile or less on the right. Turn right and go all the way down to the parking lot and you'll see Kelly's big truck or some of us with strollers and kids and vans/station wagons/cars, etc.

9:15 on Monday/Wednesday/Friday!!!!

Bring: water (lots!), snacks for you and your child, blanket or yoga mat (something to lie on during floor exercises), hand towel (to wipe the sweat from your face!), sunscreen. Good idea to wear a visor or sweatband or put your hair in a ponytail. It gets pretty hot out right now, but that extra sweat means a little extra fat off my body! YAY! Oh, and comfortable running/tennis shoes.
