Thank you ALL for coming to our house for swimming the other day.  I was SO bummed that Mark couldn't stay home and go swimmnig, but it WAS nice to be child-less for an hour or two while Chris took Mary Glen to her ISR class.

It was a really busy day for us, but busy is good!!!

Now, off to pack 3 suitcases and all the miscellaneous crapola you have to take with you on vacation!  I think there's still some laundry to do -- after 4 days straight of running that d*&n machine!  LOL

See you when we get back -- sometime around August 3 or 4.

p.s,  Yes Kelly, I'm taking my StrollerFit bag with the balls and bands in it to at least do some resistance stuff.  But you won't catch me running on the beach anywhere!
