Over my head

SocialTwist Tell-a-Friend

My daughter loves to sing. She sings the ABCs, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Itsy Bitsy Spider, Patty Cake, and The Fray.

Yes. That's right, that newish group you're probably annoyed by because they're overplayed on the radio stations. Nonetheless, two days ago I caught Baby Hall singing, in her adorable tiny voice, "over my head over my head." I looked at her and smiled. "Are you singing The Fray?" I asked, as if she'd know. I started singing more lyrics of the song, and when I stopped, she picked up right where I left off.

She sang, "A secom-let-in-o-ba-tyyy" [translation: "8 seconds left in over time"] I wish you could hear it.

Don't be annoyed by The Fray. You must admit, if you had only heard their songs a few times, you'd probably be a fan. I mean, come on, they're like the DMB of 2006.

If you haven't already, please visit http://www.thefray.net/, then visit http://www.howtosavealife.com/ and watch the video of how that song came about. There is another link on there that you should visit - you'll know it when you see it.

It'll change the way you listen. And maybe the way you live.
