they make a special creme for it i think you can get it from like any of the tattoo stores.  its a really thick base cover up creme. Read it

I only need about a half of a yard, and this fabric is discontinued!  GRRRR.  It is a khaki (beige) color with scrolly sconcy things on it in brown and creams.
