My favorite character is Hermione, I think she is not only brilliantly clever but is also extremely funny especially when she is trying not to be. I think she is so well suited for Ron because they will never stop making each other laugh! Another reason I love Herminone is because I am an English Mom living in America and all the little kids I meet tell me I sound just like her, which makes me look rather cool in their eyes.
I like Hermione. She's the brains and heart of the friends!
My favorite character is Dobby, the house-elf. He is so earnest, helpful, funny and happy! He bounces back from anything with just a kind word or small show of respect ("Respect? For Dobby? Oh sir, you are too kind!!!")
My favorite character is Mrs. Molly Weasly. She is the backbone of her family, has a heart as big as a lion, and never lets the small stuff hold her back. She cares for not only her own children but Harry as well, and loves them unconditionally. She parents with a stern but loving attitude, and I strive to be as good a mother to my children as Molly is to her own brood!!

I'd have to vote for Harry of course. I love having a character I can talk to my son about. He faces trials just like any other kids with integrity, but with honesty. I know lots of people say the later books get too dark, but in this world I think we need to face up to the fact that hard times come. Harry goes through rough patches, but always in the end trusts his heart and makes solid choices! Emily: Mama to Ayden 5 and Balin 12 months

Well, I must say I love all the good guys! But, if I had to choose one as my favorite it would probably be Hermione. She is such a whiz! She is so smart and such a good friend to Harry and Ron. I would love to have a friend like her.

How could i pick just one favorite??? Thats like picking a favorite child! But I guess if I HAD to pick it would be Ginny Weasly. I just love her no nonsense attitude. I cant be easy growing up with all those older brothers!

I have never read the books (I have a LONG reading list!), but I have seen all the movies and love All the characters, even the bad ones! But I think my favorite is Ron - he is funny and I like his personality.
I would LOVE to win this, and have the books for my girls to read when they are old enough!
