How old is the baby.... if very young you may want to try a different nipple or warm it... When my son was sick he didn't want a bottle but he was old enough to give him fruits and veggies.

my son went through the same thing when he was sick, but it was only a phase. We did have to feed him through a dropper so he didn't get dehydrated.
