I am breast feeding my daughter, but she cannot tolerate it when I eat or drink dairy products or meat. I am really trying hard not to but I am running out of things to eat. Can someone please give me some recipe ideas, eating out ideas, or any other advice. We tried formula but it only seemed to compount the upset stomach and runny stools.

I just found out that I am pregnant (week ago) and we are not sure how far along I am but very excited. My son is 9 months old and the recommendation is to stop breastfeeding him. Prior to finding out I was preggers I was feeding him 4 times a day: Morning, 1pm, 5:30 and bed. We weaned off of the 5:30 feeding last week and will start the 1 pm this week.
