i never know what to title these things until after i have spilled all my thoughts out, a bit like throwing up all over paper, only in this case it is the keyboard, which let me tell you makes for sticky typing, did you ever realize how badly you need the U? well take it from me, typing without a U is a nightmare. but i suppose this is my own fault because i fall into a very apparently female pattern of eating and drinking above my keyboard, and now of course with B, there is an added layer of saliva to all the crumbs, mmmm extra sticky mommy!

yesterday B had figured out how to pull her little footsies up to her mouth and get her big toe in her mouth, how cute is that? so cute that i felt i must take on the battery eating monster and try to take some photos. the only time she can actually get her feet to her mouth is when she is on the changing table, since i use cotton diapers, they make a layer around her bottom and hips that is about twice the width that she already is (Which aint small). believe me when i tell you that that lovely bum is mostly diaper. so anyhow she is on the changing table and naked from the waist down and i am happily (grumble grumble) taking photos of her. grumble becuase why does it take so long to take a photo with digitals? i want to snap snap snap like i did with my analog and it doesnt work it takes fr**Kn forever to recover from a snap, why is that, no film to send forward or backwards, drives me bonkers, perhaps that is why it eats batteries. so i am snap..... snap..... snaping away as she sucks on her toes try ing to keep her from rolling off the changing pad in her excitement and then i realise, i am making k*d*y p**n, not that i consider it to be that at all, this is my adorable daughter and she is doeing yet another adorable thing, but do you think kodak will like send the vice squad after me for the photos of her sucking on her toes while naked from the waist down? I then promptly put a diaper over her (not on) and continued to snap.... snap..... snap, but she was onto me now, and every time i went to snap.... she would let her feet go and smile at me , also cute but not what i was after. little devil. so i went ahead and posted the foot eating photos, all of them, but i only sent the link to family this time, cause i am worried someone might take offense. what a sad sad world we live in when the innocent enjoyment of your daughter enjoying discovering her toes worries you so much. and while i know that noone can peruse my kodak photos without my permission, i am sitll thinking to take them down again, cause you never know. that makes me sad.

yesterday was a good day for us, we went for a walk in the morning with the DOG and then we stopped to get croissant from the bakery. we came back and i had all good intentions of getting the pretty flowers into the ground, but it was already 500 C out back and out front i couldnt get the tiles up and then B started fussing a bit, so we made our way back inside while i promised myself when she slept i would do it (yeah right). so we ate a bit, then we went running errands and grocery shopping, she got tons of attention in her pretty little dress from TARGET that my sister's roomate J got her, and of course her fancy pants (little pink panties to go over her diapers. we made it home before the real heat took and i brought her up stairs for nap (which i am getting better about a schedule with her), but of course i promptly fell asleep beside her, so much for my planting plants plan. when we woke up it was too hot to venture back outside so this is when we had our photoshoot. J (neighbor) came over to kiss B all over, and the next thing you know it is time to think about dinner. funny how the day goes like that. and again, how does the nanny do it? i wasnt able to get, now thats not true, i did fill and run the dishwasher. and i washed the filthy chair cushions, but that isnt much for an entire day....

someday when i am older i will have it all down pat, right?
