We are pleased to announce that ParentsClick Network, the "parent" company of MothersClick, has been acquired by Lifetime Entertainment. They are owned 50/50 by Disney and Hearst, brands we know, we like and trust.

This is incredibly exciting news for all of us here at MothersClick, and we hope you'll share our enthusiasm! Unlike some of our competitors, this deal does not signal the end but rather a bold new beginning for us. Our goal remains the same: to build the greatest online parenting community - and the only changes you'll see to our site will be improvements.

In the months ahead, you'll find various upgrades and all sorts of fun and useful new features rolling out, all designed to make our network sites even better for our users.

We remain committed to you, moms (and dads) everywhere, and will continue to work hard to deliver an engaging and useful community. As a partner, Lifetime shares our passion and will help us achieve much more, much faster. We look forward to the road ahead!
